Well I really think we are being spoilt with this uncharacteristically great weather for the time of year. Usually you can almost be guaranteed to have crap weather over a bank holiday weekend but not this year. What’s especially great is that the warm weather has continued all week.

I made the most of it this weekend taking my Harley out a few times. On Friday I went over to the Harley dealer in Oxford just to have a look round and ended up going back on Saturday and traded my bike for a new one (picking it up tomorrow hopefully). Then on Sunday we went for a ride to Wallingford and sat by the river for a while before heading on back.

On Monday I spotted the first baby ducks of the year.

Looking at the forecast for the next 10 days apart from the odd shower on a couple of them, the warm sunny weather is going continue. No doubt a hosepipe ban will be on it’s way soon!
